Economy shipping will be delivered by ePacket or other post carrier, standard and expedited shipping will be delivered by FedEx, DHL, UPS.

Who is the shipping carrier?

We use ePacket, FedEx, DHL, UPS for our primary carrier, ePacket is only for economy shipping which under weight 2KG. It will be transferred to local post service when done customs clearance. For example, it will transferred by USPS for delivery when a ePacket parcel comes into US.

 

 

I didn’t receive my package but tracking states it was delivered?

Contact us directly by email (service@jekayla.com) and we will investigate and find an appropriate resolution. 

 

My order was damaged in delivery.

Contact us directly by email (service@jekayla.com) and provide photos of the damage to your product. We will issue a return authorization for the damaged product and ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.
